Crafty Events & Classes

Following our pop up shop  in our home town of Arundel - we have decided to commit to a schedule of Granny Knits chic upcycling craft classes, following the popularity of the taster sessions Jacqui has held during the festival.

Upcycling for those who ask - is the art of taking something old and making something even better - such as our recycled pyjama bunting, origami wallpaper gift boxes and decoupage vintage plates.

Our classes will be a social affair - featuring homemade cake, breads, soups and other food feasts - as well as chatting and learning about something new.  You will leave with what ever you have made! 

Held in Turf Cottage and limited to 6/8 per session, they are aimed to be a fun affair, promoting home spun skills in our modern ecclectic fashion!  The ladies who have already booked in include a few groups who have exclusive use of our studio space.

Our friend Dena has set up shop in the Victoria Institute in Arundel and runs a variety of craft kids workshops after school and in the holidays.  She also holds a Saturday 'drop and shop' club where children can stay and create while you have a bit of 'me time'.
